Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The cost of shipment will be calculated at the check-out window. Once your order ships, you will get a notification with the details of the courier service provider and other relevant information through the following method: Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 7 business days to ship goods out of Crafted Bucket warehouse. However, if the quantities ordered are more than 10 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

Delivery Policy

Crafted Bucket delivers products to the address specified during the ordering process on our website www.craftedbucket.com. In instances where a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you acknowledge and agree that the carrier designated for the delivery may, upon your instruction, deliver the products to a neighboring or nearby address. In such cases, once the products have been successfully delivered to the alternative address as advised by you, Crafted Bucket and the carrier are considered to have fulfilled their obligation for delivery. We’ve implemented a new procedure to enhance our service quality. Now, during delivery, you have to record a video to ensure transparency and accountability. This video will serve as evidence in case any items are damaged or broken upon delivery. Should such an issue arise, we’ll promptly proceed with the exchange/refund process to ensure your satisfaction.

Wrong or incomplete address

You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by You to us on the platform is true, complete, accurate and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery. If You have entered the wrong shipping information or contact details, it might cause a delay or missed delivery and customer will have to bear additional cost (Cost of Return shipment to Crafted Bucket Address and Forward shipment with correct Pin code to customer)
