Cancellation Policy

To request a cancellation, please email us before your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated. However, we do not impose cancellation charges for both pre-paid and COD orders. For COD orders, repeated cancellations at delivery may affect the serviceability of future COD orders.

Refund Process for Cancelled Orders:

If payment was made via credit/debit card or net banking, refunds will be processed to the respective account within 10-15 business days. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on the credit card issuing bank. We strive to ensure a seamless and efficient refund process for cancelled orders, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in this regard.
