In our continuous effort to enhance customer satisfaction, we have introduced a new protocol to ensure transparency and accountability during delivery. As part of this process, we request you to record a video upon receiving your order. This video serves as evidence in the rare event of any items being damaged or broken during delivery. Should such an issue occur, we will promptly initiate the exchange/return process to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction. It’s important to note that most of our products are meticulously handcrafted by traditional artisans in rural Rajasthan. Each product carries its unique charm and may vary slightly in appearance due to the handmade nature of the craft. Variations such as irregular weaves, prints, or stitches are inherent characteristics of handcrafted items and should not be considered as defects. Handmade products embrace the beauty of imperfection and may not exhibit the uniformity of machine-made products. Despite these inherent variations, we at Crafted Bucket are committed to upholding the quality of our products. Therefore, we offer exchange, return, or refund options (for eligible product categories) if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason.
Please note that our exchange, return, and refund policies are applicable solely to Domestic Orders placed through our official website (www.craftedbucket.com) and do not extend to products purchased at offline stores or third-party platforms. For eligible returns or exchanges, please initiate the process within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by an unboxing video of the product. You can reach out to us via phone at +918005801484 or email us at craftedbucket02@gmail.com within 48 hours from the time of delivery to request an exchange, return, or refund. If the delivered item(s) is found damaged, missing, or exhibits any manufacturing defect, please notify our Customer Care team or email us within 48 hours of delivery.
To facilitate an exchange or return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
– The item(s) has not been used, washed, or damaged and is returned in a saleable condition
with intact barcode and MRP tags.
– Crafted Bucket reserves the right to determine whether the item(s) has been used, washed, or
shows signs of post-purchase damage.
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make every exchange or return process as
smooth and convenient as possible. If you have any further inquiries or require assistance, please
don’t hesitate to contact us.
Additionally, certain products are ineligible for return or exchange, including Dried Flower Bunches, Dried Flower Mini Bouquets, and Bohemian Home Decor items.
Exchange Policy
Our commitment to providing exceptional service extends beyond the point of sale to encompass the subsequent stages of returns and exchanges. We’ve implemented a straightforward and hassle-free Reverse Pick-up policy, designed to streamline the process, save time, and instill confidence in your order.
Here are the key aspects of our Exchange Policy:
– Please include your order number in the subject line of any correspondence related to returns
or exchanges to facilitate swift processing.
– Ensure that all returned items are securely packed to prevent loss or damage during transit.
– Our logistics partner will arrange for the reverse pick-up of the item(s) within 5 business days of
the return request. If any discrepancies arise during the pick-up process, please notify our
Customer Support team promptly via phone or email within 24-48 hours of the return request.
Failure to report such issues within the specified time frame may hinder our ability to address
your concerns effectively.
– Upon receipt of the item(s), we will process your request for refund or exchange accordingly.
– For exchanges, your new order will be dispatched within 10-15 business days following the
receipt of the earlier shipment.
– Some pin codes may not be eligible for reverse pick-up. In such cases, customers will be
responsible for returning the item(s) to us, using the original invoice’s reverse shipping address.
– Please note that we do not offer reverse pick-up services outside India.
– In the event of incorrect product delivery or manufacturing defects, customers must arrange
for self-shipment of the product to Crafted Bucket
Refund Process
For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking or PayPal Transactions:
– Refunds will be processed back to the original mode of payment used for the purchase.
– Banks typically require 10-15 business days to complete the refund process once initiated from
our end.
– Refunds will not be applicable if the customer opts for self-shipment of the item(s) and the
package is lost in transit.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:
– Refunds may be issued transferred to the customer’s bank account.
– Refunds to bank accounts will be processed within 10-15 business days, subject to quality check
clearance.
– Refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts. The customer’s name initiating the
refund must match the bank account holder’s name.
– Cash refunds are not available for COD orders.
– Refunds will only be initiated upon the physical receipt of the returned shipment. Hence,
refunds will not be applicable if the customer opts for self-shipment and the package is lost in
transit.
Please note that refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
– Incorrect or outdated delivery address provided.
– 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
– Package refused by the recipient
